If you miss, reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the full price for the appointment missed. This is our policy regardless of other promotional offers or gift certificates.
Late arrival to your appointment will shorten your treatment time and will be subject to full payment of the scheduled treatment price.
